Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation with a fixed travel period (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB).

The cancellation terms for the accommodation displayed before booking apply. Depending on the time of cancellation, part of the price or the full price remains due.

In most cases, the booking may be transferred to another person.
