What fincas.de is
fincas.de is a booking portal for holiday accommodation in Mallorca. The Intermediary does not rent out properties itself. The accommodation is owned by independent property owners or managed by agencies. The Intermediary arranges the rental agreement between the Guest and the Host and concludes it in the Host's name. The Guest's contractual partner for the accommodation is always the Host. Details can be found in the brokerage and contractual terms and conditions.
fincas.de is operated by the same company as mallorca.com.

Liability
We are responsible for our own content pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG (German Digital Services Act). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information.
The information about the accommodation is provided by the respective hosts. We pass it on and do not adopt it as our own; the host is responsible for its accuracy. Where we generate description texts ourselves from the property data provided, we ensure that they accurately reflect that data.
The respective provider is responsible for linked external websites. If we become aware of legal infringements, we will remove the relevant content or links without delay.
Our own content is subject to German copyright law. The rights to the accommodation images are held by the hosts or their licensors.
Report something
Unlawful content may be reported at any time, without formalities, to support@mallorca.com. The requested information is the subject of the report, where possible the page address, the reasons why the reporting person considers the content unlawful, and how that person can be contacted. The Intermediary will confirm receipt and make a prompt, reasoned decision.
Dispute resolution
We do not participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act)).
