We at Fincas.de love Mallorca and have specialized in fincas and villas with our platform.
Most of the other portals offer accommodations worldwide and cannot be as detailed as we are with the beautiful island of Mallorca.
In addition to booking the most beautiful accommodations, we can also assist you with booking rental cars, catering, boat charter and many other areas.
Booking a finca or villa via our Fincas.de site is child’s play. First enter your travel period and the desired number of people.
On the results page, you can easily view the various available fincas and villas and choose the most suitable accommodation.
If you find it difficult to choose, you can put the holiday home on the favorites list in the top right corner of the photos of the holiday homes.
You can easily complete the booking on the details page of the finca / villa. Do You Have Questions? Our reservations team will be happy to assist you personally with the booking.
The minimum stay is usually 7 days, but some properties can also be rented for a shorter period of time. You can find more detailed information in the description of the individual finca / villa.
On the day of arrival, an employee will greet you at the property and give you the keys as well as an introduction.
The arrival time is usually from 4:00 p.m. Please note that an additional fee may apply for arrivals after midnight. The departure time is usually by 10:00 a.m.
You will receive the address of the finca / villa with your travel documents. You can inform the taxi driver of this or enter it conveniently into the navigation device of your rental car.
After booking your finca / villa, you are welcome to contact our reservation team. We can help you book a rental car or transfer and have reliable partners on the island.
If you are interested in a bicycle / e-bike or a boat charter, we can also contact you.
In the accommodation all important kitchen utensils as well as bed linen and bathroom towels are usually available.
In some cases pool towels are also provided. However, we recommend that you bring your own pool and beach towels for safety.
Depending on the finca / holiday home, it is allowed to bring pets. Detailed information can be found in the description of the individual accommodation.
With the filter “Pets” you can display all houses which allow pets.
In most fincas, the use of air conditioning is included. If this is not the case, you will find further information on additional fees in the property description.
The tap water in Mallorca is not suitable as drinking water. We recommend drinking mineral water from the supermarket.
Please pay attention to the environment when using water and do not run water unnecessarily, especially when showering and bathing. In summer water is a scarce commodity in Mallorca.
In case of emergancy
For general emergencies in Mallorca, dial the number 112. Similar to Germany, the head office of 112 records all types of emergencies and coordinates the deployment of the fire brigade, police and civil defense. In the event of a medical emergency, dial 061, the emergency medical service.
